Order Processing
After you send an order through WhatsApp, FryIT will confirm product availability, delivery address, delivery fee, and estimated timeline before dispatch.
Damaged Or Wrong Item
If an item arrives damaged or different from the confirmed order, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with clear photos or an unboxing video. We will review and offer a suitable replacement, exchange, or support option.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, clean, and in original condition where possible.
- Returns or exchanges may not apply to used, damaged-by-customer, or hygiene-sensitive items.
- Final return or exchange approval is confirmed by FryIT support through WhatsApp.
